Joe Palmieri
TRAINING DIRECTOR

I HAVE TRAINED WITH HOMEFIT FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS. I GOT INTO TRAINING BECAUSE I HAD THE DESIRE TO TEACH PEOPLE STRATEGIES TO GROW STRONGER IN ALL AREAS OF THEIR LIVES USING FITNESS AS A MEDIUM TO DO SO.

MY GREATEST SUCCESS STORY IS WRITTEN EVERY DAY WHEN I WAKE UP AND GET TO SHARE WHAT GOD HAS DONE IN MY LIFE.

THE MOTTO I LIVE BYE IS “I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME.” PHILIPPIANS 14:3.

IN 10 YEARS I’LL STILL BE HELPING PEOPLE DISCOVER AND GROW IN WELLNESS AND PURPOSE IN THEIR WHOLE BEING.

Clark Spalding
PERSONAL TRAINER & FITCAMP COORDINATOR

I WAS BORN IN LEBANON KY AND MOVED TO LOUISVILLE TO PURSUE PERSONAL TRAINING. I HAVE BEEN WITH HOMEFIT FOR 6 YEARS.

MY FITNESS JOURNEY STARTED IN HIGH SCHOOL WHEN I DECIDED THAT I WAS TIRED OF BEING THE HEAVY, OUT OF SHAPE KID. IN MY TIME AS A TRAINER I HAVE HELPED PEOPLE WITH THEIR GOALS RANGING FROM BETTER BALANCE, TO WEIGHT LOSS, TO IMPROVING SPORTS PERFORMANCE IN MANY AREAS.

I LOVE TO MIX MANY DIFFERENT STYLES OF TRAINING TOGETHER TO KEEP THE EXPERIENCE FRESH AND VERSATILE.

MY MOTTO IS THE GOLDEN RULE, TO TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED

Hannah Seaver
PERSONAL TRAINER

I HAVE BEEN WITH HOMEFIT SINCE AUGUST 2019, SO I’M RELATIVELY NEW TO THE HOMEFIT FAMILY. I GOT INTO HEALTH AND FITNESS ABOUT EIGHT YEARS AGO FOR MYSELF AND REALIZED HOW MUCH I LOVED IT. I WANTED TO SPREAD MY LOVE AND KNOWLEDGE OF FITNESS WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND HELP THEM BE THE BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES.

WHEN I STARTED TRAINING I COULDN’T SQUAT MY OWN BODY WEIGHT. I CAN NOW SQUAT 375 POUNDS AND DEAD LIFT 170 POUNDS. THE PHILOSOPHIES I LIVE BY ARE “EAT WELL, WORK HARD, AND TRAVEL OFTEN”, AND “BE HERE NOW”.

IN 10 YEARS I SEE MYSELF WORKING AS A SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST WITH ATHLETES AND TACTICAL MILITARY. HELPING PEOPLE BE AT THEIR TOP PERFORMANCE USING MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING AND PSYCHOLOGY.

Aaron Green
PERSONAL TRAINER

I HAVE BEEN WITH HOMEFIT FOR 6 YEARS. MY FITNESS JOURNEY BEGAN BECAUSE I WANTED TO TAKE MY PASSION FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS AND MAKE IT INTO A CAREER.

I HAVE BEEN A PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS, AND 20 YEARS AGO I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH TO HAVE MY FIRST MATCH. I PROVED A LOT OF PEOPLE WRONG AND NOT ONLY DID I DO THAT, BUT I WRESTLED A MATCH FOR WWE. ALL OF THAT PALES IN COMPARISON TO TRAINING WRESTLERS AND MY HOMEFIT CLIENTS.

THE MOTTO I LIVE BY IS WHAT CAN I DO TODAY TO MAKE ALL OF MY HOPES AND DREAMS COME TRUE.

Robin Clifton
PERSONAL TRAINER

I HAVE BEEN WITH HOMEFIT FOR 5 YEARS. I BECAME A TRAINER BECAUSE I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE CHANGE THEIR LIVES.

MY GREATEST SUCCESS STORY IS A YOUNG GUY THAT LOST 75 POUNDS. HE NOT ONLY KEPT IT OFF, BUT ALSO BEGAN TO DO TRIATHLONS. LOSING WEIGHT AND GETTING HEALTHY COMPLETELY CHANGED HIS LIFE.

MY PHILOSOPHY IS TO FIND YOUR “WHY” AND REMEMBER IT. WHY YOU WANT TO LIVE A BETTER LIFE AND WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT TO YOU. HANG ONTO THAT “WHY” WHEN TIMES GET TOUGH.

IN 10 YEARS I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A FOCUS ON WELLNESS AND TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR BODIES. I ALSO WANT TO CONTINUE LEARNING TO GAIN A DEEPER KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRITION TO GIVE PEOPLE A BETTER UNDERSTATING OF HOW TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES TO LIVE A BETTER LIFE.

Richard Sparks
PERSONAL TRAINER

I HAVE BEEN WITH HOMEFIT FOR 5 YEARS. I BECAME A TRAINER BECAUSE I WANTED TO DO SOMETHING THAT I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT AND SOMETHING THAT I LOVE WHICH IS HELPING OTHERS REACH THEIR FITNESS GOALS.

MY GREATEST SUCCESS STORY WAS THAT I HAD AN IN HOME CLIENT THAT HAD NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE AND I HELPED HIM LOSE 100 POUNDS IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR.

A QUOTE THAT I LIVE BY IS “IT’S NOT THE HOURS THAT YOU PUT IN, IT’S WHAT YOU PUT INTO THE HOURS”. A LOT OF PEOPLE THINK THAT THEY CAN JUST CRUISE THROUGH THINGS AND NOT PUT IN THE WORK. IF YOU PUT IN ALL THE WORK IN ALL THE TIME YOU HAVE YOU WILL REACH SUCCESS A LOT FASTER.

IN 10 YEARS I WOULD LIKE TO BE A PROFESSIONAL BODY BUILDER. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO STILL BE TRAINING AND HELPING MORE AND MORE PEOPLE REACH THEIR FITNESS GOALS.

Dustin Ridings
PERSONAL TRAINER

I started with HomeFit in Aug 2017. I became a trainer to help others reach their fitness goals and inform people on the abundance of misinformation that is out there about nutrition and fitness.

I believe my greatest success story is my own and it’s still going. I write a new page in my book of Life everyday and keep expanding to become my very best without stopping until I reach my destination of success and try to help others along the way. In 10 years, I’ll be a Pro Wrestling Superstar, philanthropist and mentor to many.

Agnese Smith
YOGA COACH

I started teaching yoga at HomeFit in February 2020. I have practiced yoga for three years and am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and YOD Level 1 instructor. I practice and teach Power Vinyasa Yoga, a form of yoga where students flow through a sequence of poses while connecting breath to movement. Baron Baptiste, the founder of this form of yoga, describes it as “the perfect blend of sweaty and serenity.”

My health and physical activity have always been a priority. I started practicing yoga as a way of improving my flexibility and along the way, I learned so much more. I welcome the opportunity to share my passion with others. My goal is to empower others to embrace themselves and their abilities through inner strength, presence, and connection.

While I enjoy most forms of physical activities, I have yet to embrace a love for running. Therefore, my greatest success story is completing back-to-back KDF Mini Marathons to commemorate a “milestone” birthday.

My motto for life is plain and simple … Be kind to everyone, especially yourself.

Jordan Stump
PERSONAL TRAINER

I believe my greatest success story is myself. I played competitive soccer my entire life and was made up of entirely anaerobic muscle fibers. I was tired of being skinny and wanted to put on muscle, so I started weight training early in high school. I was roughly 6’2” 140 pounds and now I’m 6’3” 230 Ib. I was self taught and educated during my high school/early college years. I spent countless hours researching online and applying every method of training I could read to my own training.

This was an extreme challenge to transition my muscle fibers from type I to type II, as my body adapted to the training I placed on it throughout my entire adolescent years. As the results started coming, I began to challenge myself even more and started competing in all-natural physique competitions while I was earning my first degree in sport administration. I was self coached and ended up winning my first NPC Physique show taking my body through a full prep. I then decided I wanted to do this for a career and went back to school for a second degree in exercise science. I completed 3 internships with strength and conditioning coaches, 2 of which were for the University of Louisville Football Team. I gained experience working with some of the best athletes and coaches in the nation. I plan on going back to school for my master’s in holistic nutrition or exercise physiology in hopes of one day opening and owning my own health and wellness clinic that embodies the mind, body & spirit connection for overall health compared to modern day medicine where we prescribe a pill for everything. We live in a high stress world and it is crucial to eliminate the effects it has on our body through exercise and nutrition. I fell in love with training and the way it made me think and feel. I love the ability it has to cure and aid in all forms of diseases, along with the mental health issues we’re facing today. I want to help people feel the same way I do with my body and mind. This is all possible through diet, nutrition, and the right mindset/perspective.
